🧘The Grief Skills Lab – Led by Coach Karen Bulinski Mathison
Best if your grief lives in your body and nervous system. Karen uses EFT, CBT, and other trauma centered exercises to help your body and spirit process what your heart has been carrying. The Grief Skills Lab is the gentle entry point and introduction to trauma based coaching relief.
